A health camp was organized at Wagholi Ashram School in collaboration with Savika and Family Planning Association. Services included counselling, HB & blood group testing, VDRL screening, and distribution of iron-folic acid & calcium tablets. 117 students & teachers benefited.
An interactive session educated 66 adolescent girls on menstruation, nutrition, and personal hygiene. The Q&A segment received an overwhelming response, empowering girls with essential health knowledge.
Diapers were distributed to 250+ elderly residents in orphanages through partnering with other NGOs like Sadhna Village and Suryudya Foundation, ensuring better hygiene and dignity.
100 girls attended a session on puberty-related changes, covering physical, emotional, and psychological aspects. Discussions on menstrual hygiene and self-care were held, followed by an engaging Q&A.
At Periwinkle English Medium School, 300+ students & staff learned about breaking gender stereotypes, equal opportunities, and mutual respect through interactive discussions.
Teenage boys at KK Ghule School explored career options, skill development, and goal-setting with industry experts. The session included success stories and a Q&A for career clarity.
An alumni meet was held to support underprivileged students, with guidance from Dr. Prashant Nanware (Commissioner, WCD) and Rahul More (Joint Commissioner, WCD). Alumni discussed mentorship and future initiatives.
70 PMC staff & Swach workers received free eye check-ups, spectacles, and referrals at Manjri, improving their vision and work efficiency.
